Shipping, Refunds & Cancellations
Shipping/Fulfillment:
For Gift Card purchases, please allow 2-4 business days upon order placement for you or your recipient to receive the gift card. Gift Cards are shipped via USPS. Elote is not responsible for USPS lost cards, however, we will work with USPS to assist in location any lost mail. Because Gift Cards ARE trackable, if it is determined that the Gift Card in question has not been used, we will do our best to cancel that card and reissue.

Returns and Refunds.
Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased online can be returned only if returned with the full initial purchase amount (balance) left on the card. All returns must be given a return authorization obtained by emailing info@elotemt.com with the reason for the return. The refund will be issues upon receipt of the full gift card, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. Buyer is responsible for return shipping to:

Cancellation policies for events are event dependent and are listed at the time of purchase. Please see your event details for the cancellation policy to your specific event.
