Elote's mission is to consistently provide every guest with authentic southern Mexican cuisine in a fun and spirited atmosphere.  Inspired by southern Oaxacan recipes and while staying committed to our core values including sourcing the best ingredients from sustainable, regenerative and organic farms, every Elote menu item is handmade from scratch daily.   Ingredients are sourced through direct partnerships such as Oatman Farms for our 400 year old heirloom wheat flour, Spence Farm, Oxbow Cattle Company, and the Western MT Growers Coop, ensuring you receive no products sprayed with glyphosate, pesticides, or herbicides, or fake additives, dyes, or sugars.
